Charlotte Sharkey Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Charlotte Sharkey, 71 of Coram, NY passed away on June 24, 2022. She was the loving wife of Vincent Sharkey for 44 years. Born in Providence, R.I., the daughter of the late Jack and Susan (Wallace) Judge of Cranston, RI. Charlotte was a graduate of Cranston High East and Johnson & Wales University; upon graduation, Charlotte had a successful career in retail that expanded over 40 years in RI & NY. She is survived by sons Shawn (Rachel) Sharkey and Michael Sharkey. She was the cherished grandmother, aka “CC” to her granddaughter. She leaves ten nieces and nephews, three grand nephews and nieces, and her brothers John (Kelly) Judge of Greenville, RI, and Joseph (Joanne) Judge of Barrington, RI. Charlotte’s creative spirit came to life when decorating her home for the holidays and bloomed in her beautiful gardens. Her greatest joy was spending time with her husband, two sons, granddaughter, family & friends. Charlotte greeted each day with a smile filling her home and the hearts of those she knew & loved with sunshine. Her radiance & light will be greatly missed but never forgotten. In lieu of flowers, donations in Charlotte’s name to the Heart Institute at Stony Brook University Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
